I believe that personal growth is a key goal to attaining happiness and purpose in this crazy crazy world so I try to look within, express and engage as often as possible.

I love life for all its faults and beauties. I do not love the rain simply because the sun shines brighter after. I love the rain for what it is. Thus I can easily enjoy a gore filled horror movie, practicing Muay Thai, reading graphic novels and playing video games as much as I enjoy meditating, natural skincare and animals.

This is my life… and the lives of many other QuarterVida’s  living in the U.S of Eh!

  3. Hi Ana. Thank you for visiting my blog. I just recently started seeing a Holistic Health Coach, and I am so grateful. I wish you the best on your journey as a spiritual coach and look forward to listening to your music.

Thank you for the like. Spiritual like coach sounds Le an Admiral goal. Live life with purpose. God bless.

  5. Thanks for swinging by last week to like one of my posts. I’ve been catching up on thank you’s, so I apologize for the delay. You have a lovely blog, and as a fellow philosophy graduate, I hope that you get to actualize your dreams and move onto those “bigger and better things.”

  6. Thanks for taking notice of my first post on my new blog. — I find your general outlook refreshing. Which is one of the highest compliments I afford people. — Only today I became aware of the thriving blog community of wordpress and how many posthumanist/transhumanist-types there are out there who share some similar philosophies to myself. So thank you as well for playing a part in fortifying my sense of community here.

    • Thank you Nicholas! It’s refreshing to hear that. It is important that we express our philosophies as much and as often as possible. You never know who you might connect with. I have also gained a sense of community here over time.

  7. Thanks so much for liking my post. Thought your intro was fantastic. Please come back and check my other stuff.

  8. I followed your trail from the like you left for Remember, You are Loved. Thank you ever so much! I haven’t explored your blog at the moment, but I love your spirit and writing style here on your About page. Beautiful!

  10. Thanks for reading my blog. NYC wow! I live in the burbs here in Sherwood Forest, Northridge Ca. What a difference. If I were your age and wanting to be a life coach, I’d study Moshe Feldenkrais . . . Awareness through Movement. Maybe you know him?

Loved the line ‘ I love life with its faults and beauties ‘ …a simple truth ..which most of us find difficult to accept .

    • Thank you! There’s a lot that we learn to dislike at an early age. If we train to love these things life becomes what it is meant to be.

True that ! Conditioning wires the brain in weird ways ! We spend too much time learning things and then realize its best to unlearn those. Happy blogging !
